Majestic Border Collies are lovingly owned, handled and bred by Mike and Ronni DeLay. Raised in our home in USA, our dogs actively participate in Agility, Conformation, Herding, Obedience and Rally. Although we only breed on a limited basis, our goal has always been to produce sound Border Collies with outstanding temperaments that can 'do it all'. To that end, we are very proud of our accomplishments.
Majestic Border Collies is home to the first Breeder/Owner handled champion Border Collie in the USA - V Ch Majestic Terbo's Magic Moment HT, CD, NA, ROMX. We are the first to have bred Award of Merit winners two years in a row at the Border Collie Society Of America National Specialty and also the first to achieve these awards on dogs that have earned the BCSA Versatility award. We would like to congratulate the 1998 Award of Merit winner (awarded out of the Veteran Dog class by Judge John Ritchie of Scotland) - our own V Ch Majestic Jet Ruelle UD, OA, AAD, VNAC, PT, CGC and the 1999 Award of Merit winner (awarded by Judge Bruce Kilsby of Leicestershire, UK) - VX Dual ChX Majestic Outlander HXAs, HCT, OTDs, CDX, TDI, ROM owned by Kelly Whiteman of BonniDune Kennels.
Majestic Border Collies is also proud of the achievement of winning both the 'Champion Dog With A Herding Title' class and the 'Champion Bitch With A Herding Title' class the first time this class was offered at the BCSA National Specialty - again by dogs who have earned BCSA Versatility awards. These two special dogs are littermates: VX Dual ChX Majestic Outlander HXAs, HCT, OTDs, CDX, TDI (who went on to win his AOM from this class) and V ChX Majestic Prophesy Of Grandeur HT, PT, HS, NA, ROMX.
Majestic Border Collies is the first to breed three generations of BCSA Versatility Titled dogs. Granddam V Ch Majestic Terbo's Magic Moment HT CD NA ROMX, Dam V ChX Majestic Prophesy Of Grandeur HT PT HS NA ROMX, littermate VX Dual ChX Majestic Outlander HXAs HCT OTDs CDX TDI ROM and Grandson V ChX Majestic Hot Topic STDs HXAs HSBs CD RN ROM.
Other Versatility titled dogs we have produced include V Ch Majestic Jet Ruelle PT UD OA AAD VNAC, V Ch Majestic Hot Tip For Terbo HT NA CD, V ChX Majestic Honor At MoonlightRun HSAsd UD RAE NA NAJ OF ASCA-CD, and V Majestic Jake PT RE MX MXJ XF OAC TN-O NJC TG-N, and V U-AG1 U-CD AKC/UKC Ch Majestic Silver Lining PT CD RE NA TG-N TN-N.
Majestic Border Collies consistently earn titles in all arenas from conformation championships to herding titles. All our dogs are free of CEA/Ch, CL, and TNS. All are OFA and CERF certified. All puppies are fully guaranteed in writing.
